Drain Clearance Offer

KNK Building Services Ltd currently carry out heavy and light duty drain clearance for a variety of customers and clients including local authorities, housing associations, insurance companies, businesses and private householders. KNK can offer you their service to carry out a biannual drain check of your foul and surface water drain pipes. The contract would consist of jetting and descaling works to all the foul and surface water drain pipes both internally and externally. Included in this operation are clearing all gullies, down pipes, guttering, flat roofs, box gutters and roof outlets. Also included is greasing all manhole covers and gully grids. As part of the contract KNK would bring to your attention any minor defects found. KNK would produce a written report incorporating recommendations and costing if required. If a major defect was found KNK would recommend further investigation by camera survey for an accurate diagnosis. KNK would determine the contract price once the property had been assessed. During the contract period any blockage will be cleared free of charge subject to the contract agreement.
