Customer Care
- The company is committed to providing its customers with an efficient and high quality service. It is the responsibility of managers and supervisors to make sure that all employees and subcontractors are aware of this policy and that they understand its importance and work to it.
- On arrival on-site all employees will produce their Identity Card and explain to the customer the purpose of their visit.
- The company would ensure that courtesy and respect is extended to all customers. The customer would be kept fully informed before and during the work.
- All communication including complaints and requests shall be made by the customer directly with the company’s office.
- Access to customers property shall be by prior arrangement only. If an appointment cannot be kept then the customer shall be informed at the earliest opportunity.
- All employees are expected to respect the customers property and treat it with due care whenever it is necessary after obtaining the customers permission.
- All employees are expected to work to good working practices and in accordance with health and safety requirements.
- Customers property shall be adequately protected by covering all furniture and carpets with dust sheets. Customers are advised to safely store valuable items well away from the areas where work is to be carried out.
- Customers are requested to keep children and pets away from areas of work at all times.
- All plant, equipment, tools and materials shall be used correctly and not left in a dangerous position.
- All rubbish produced from the work shall be removed from site and carted away leaving the site neat and tidy.
