We have a specially developed IT system, each individual job can be logged on our system, enabling the status of a job to be accurately tracked. Our suite of computer-generated reports keeps our managers and supervisors aware of current delivery of service statistics by customer and job.
Our office houses all the Company’s operational, financial and administrative staff and features a fully equipped Control Centre, hard-wired Cat5e ITC network, purpose-built Dell servers and Fijitsu-Siemens workstations, utilising the Company’s bespoke C3 Job Management System, Microsoft Windows operating systems & Microsoft Office.
